Cyber Metrics & Reporting Manager

Lead the development and advancement of cybersecurity metrics, reporting strategy, and measurement frameworks to enhance risk management and executive decision-making.

Establish governance for cybersecurity KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting standards ensuring data quality, consistency, and actionable insights.

Design and maintain automated reporting solutions and dashboards while collaborating cross-functionally to align metrics with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, governance, risk management, analytics, reporting, or related disciplines.

Experience developing cybersecurity metrics, dashboards, executive reporting, and strong SQL query skills with data integration from multiple platforms.

Work Location: Bangalore (Hybrid).

Experienced in both strategic leadership and hands-on technical execution for cybersecurity measurement and reporting.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with cybersecurity, IT, audit, compliance, risk management, and business stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

Capable of improving data quality, automating reporting workflows, and translating complex cybersecurity data into clear business insights for senior leadership.
