Lead Developer​- Salesforce

Lead the end-to-end design, development, integration, deployment, and continuous improvement of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.

Provide technical leadership by mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, guiding design, troubleshooting, and enforcing Salesforce development best practices.

Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA, and stakeholders to estimate work, manage dependencies, support testing, and ensure high-quality Salesforce releases.

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with at least 2 years in a Lead Developer, Tech Lead, or similar technical leadership role.

Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce declarative tools, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), Salesforce CPQ, and Experience Cloud.

Proficiency with Agile delivery, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, tools like JIRA, Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, and deployment utilities such as Copado and Git.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, MCA or related; Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant).

Experienced technical leader comfortable leading Salesforce development teams, owning delivery quality and driving scalable solution design.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform limits, security, governor limits, AI-powered Salesforce development, and ability to integrate AI capabilities securely.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with global/distributed teams, manage technical risks, and translate complex business requirements into reusable technical components.
