Own end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) functions including EOB review, Payment Posting, Correspondence review, Bad Debt, Appeals process, Denial management, and Account receivables.

Interact with key stakeholders and develop in-depth business and operational process knowledge related to billing and RCM software tools.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years industry experience with at least 2 years in relevant billing functions within RCM.
Graduate degree in Commerce or Computer Applications.
Proficient typing speed of 30+ words per minute with 90%+ accuracy and strong MS Office skills, including Excel.
Willingness to work US shift timings; good English communication skills with neutral accent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex billing functions independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable adapting to changing technical environments and troubleshooting deployment or operational issues efficiently.
Skilled in using Cerner and related applications for RCM processes with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
