Support Impact & ESG agenda within Impact & Private Equity team through impact assessments and ESG due diligence.
Collect, verify, analyze, and manage ESG and impact data to ensure quality and auditability for investment decision-making and reporting.
Assist in sustainability and impact reporting including regulatory disclosures and ongoing monitoring of investments.
Up to 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services, asset management, consulting, sustainability, ESG research, or data-related roles.
Post-graduation/MBA (Finance) OR progress towards/completion of CFA Level 1 or equivalent degree from a reputed institute.
Exposure to ESG data, sustainability metrics, or impact measurement, ideally within private markets or financial services context.
Familiarity with regulatory or disclosure frameworks such as SFDR, EU Taxonomy, UK SDR, or ESG data standards is highly beneficial.
Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams supporting Private Equity or Real Assets in ESG and impact-related analysis.
Strong analytical skills with capability to handle quantitative and qualitative ESG/sustainability data and large datasets.
Ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholder queries related to ESG data and impact performance.
