Own and define the overall test strategy for Navis Mixed Cargo Terminal Operating System (TOS) implementation including risk-based testing approaches and quality metrics.
Lead and coordinate testing activities across functional, integration, performance, data migration, and cutover validations with distributed and offshore QA teams.
Develop, execute, and monitor detailed scenario-based test cases for multiple terminal operations and critical business processes ensuring production readiness and smooth go-live.
Minimum Requirements
5.5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise software testing and quality assurance, specifically with Terminal Operating Systems like Navis TOS or equivalent.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong hands-on experience with functional, system integration, operational acceptance, regression, performance testing, and test automation frameworks including API testing.
Work Experience Required: 5.5+ years

Experienced leader capable of managing distributed QA teams and coordinating offshore testing resources effectively under aggressive delivery timelines.
Expertise in terminal operations and business processes (vessel, yard, gate, rail, barge, cargo) with ability to prioritize testing based on business risk and operational criticality.
Skilled in building repeatable testing assets, frameworks, and reporting dashboards to support terminal modernization and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
