Expertise in terminal operations and business processes (vessel, yard, gate, rail, barge, cargo) with ability to prioritize testing based on business risk and operational criticality.
Skilled in building repeatable testing assets, frameworks, and reporting dashboards to support terminal modernization and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
