Global Demand Insights Senior Associate

Generate demand analytics, forecasting insights, and performance indicators to improve forecast quality and support supply chain decisions.

Integrate global forecasts with regional and country-level data to identify trends, support scenario planning, and align commercial expectations with supply strategies within the Integrated Business Planning process.

Maintain and enhance demand planning systems, automate reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to evolve forecasting capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain analytics, commercial analytics, or related disciplines.

Proficiency with global demand planning systems (e.g., Anaplan, Kinaxis, SAP).

Experience working with large datasets and performing quantitative analysis.

Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for diverse stakeholders.

Experienced in statistical forecasting methods and scenario analysis supporting Integrated Business Planning.

Comfortable collaborating across global, regional, and country teams in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare setting.
