Experienced in emergency supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and commodity tracking in complex crises.
Ability to provide operational leadership and technical support across multiple functions (HR, finance, security, ICT, administration) in resource-constrained and rapidly evolving emergencies.
Proven capacity to implement donor compliance, operational standards, and engage with humanitarian coordination mechanisms effectively.
