Ability to provide operational leadership and technical support across multiple functions (HR, finance, security, ICT, administration) in resource-constrained and rapidly evolving emergencies.
Proven capacity to implement donor compliance, operational standards, and engage with humanitarian coordination mechanisms effectively.
