Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects using SAP Activate methodology, managing scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Serve as primary client contact to validate requirements, conduct workshops, and handle escalations ensuring successful project delivery.
Manage project documentation, track progress with status reports, risk registers, and guide the client on change management, training, and testing processes.
6+ years of experience including 2-3 end-to-end SAP project management with at least one full cycle implementation.

Education: BE/B.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, CA, or ICWA.
Experienced in managing complex SAP SuccessFactors implementations with client-facing responsibilities throughout project lifecycle.
Strong operational project management skills, including resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with module leads on process and data integration within SAP environments.
