Partner with application teams and technology stakeholders to monitor and assist in implementing Identity, Authentication, and Access Management (IAAM) standard requirements.
Manage monitoring activities, backlog inventory, and milestone tracking related to privileged access control deployment and operation.
Conduct direct outreach and evaluation of privileged access use cases with application architects and SMEs to ensure compliance with company security standards.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or non-technical degree with equivalent IT work experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or Identity & Access Management, with expertise in authentication and authorization, particularly in Unix/Linux server infrastructure (Red Hat Linux).
Familiarity with Unix/Linux privilege elevation methods such as sudo and related access permissions.
Demonstrated experience working in complex, matrixed environments and strong analytical skills.
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams including application architects and SMEs to implement security standards.
Comfortable working with a varied set of applications in a matrixed environment, showing strong communication and coordination skills.
Technical proficiency in privileged access management and a problem-solving approach to improve monitoring and security operations.
