Support administration, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation of manufacturing, quality, engineering, labeling, PLM/CAD, reporting, and shop-floor systems.
Assist with integration design, testing, and deployment for enterprise systems involving APIs, middleware, databases, and data synchronization.
Participate as a technical contributor in application lifecycle projects including implementation, upgrades, validation testing, compliance, and audit readiness activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or related field.
2–4 years experience supporting enterprise applications or manufacturing/engineering IT systems in regulated environments.
Foundational knowledge of SQL, application support, APIs, Windows Server, reporting tools, and IT service management.
Location: Mumbai, India (employment through Ahmedabad); Domestic/International travel up to 10%.
Experience or exposure to manufacturing, quality, PLM/CAD platforms such as AtomIQ, Loftware, 1Factory, Teamcenter, SOLIDWORKS, or related shop-floor systems.
Ability to collaborate with technical and business global teams and follow structured processes for documentation and issue escalation.
Interest in enterprise architecture, ERP, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, or ITIL/project delivery practices.
