Own the creation and execution of test cases, scenarios, and plans for Web, API, Android, and iOS applications to ensure quality and reliability.
Perform diverse testing types including Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, UAT, API, performance, and basic security testing.
Lead post-deployment smoke testing, manage QA reports, provide release sign-offs, track bugs via Zoho or similar tools, and support junior QA team members.
5+ years of experience in Software Testing/QA.
Strong knowledge of Manual Testing and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Experience in API Testing, SQL, and Database Testing using tools like Postman, MySQL/MongoDB.
Experience with Zoho or similar bug tracking tools and familiarity with browser developer tools.
Experienced in testing Web, Mobile (Android/iOS), and REST APIs in Agile/Scrum environments.
Comfortable performing multiple testing types including security and performance testing with tools like JMeter/K6 as a plus.
Capable of collaborating closely with Developers, Product, and DevOps teams and providing guidance to junior QA engineers.
