Senior Product Manager - SAP FICO

Own and drive the strategy, roadmap, architecture, and delivery of the SAP S/4HANA Finance platform encompassing Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Banking, and Financial Reporting.

Lead cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Engineering, and Enterprise Technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant SAP Finance solutions and integrations, including with Thomson Reuters OneSource Tax.

Identify, design, and implement AI and automation opportunities within Finance functions; manage agile delivery teams and present strategic roadmaps and investment proposals to executive stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

10+ years of experience architecting and delivering SAP Finance solutions, including 5+ years specifically with SAP S/4HANA.

Deep functional expertise in SAP FI modules covering GL, AP, Asset Accounting, Banking, Financial Reporting, financial close, and RTR/PTP processes; hands-on in Asset Accounting configuration and processes.

Experience integrating SAP with Thomson Reuters OneSource Tax and defining enterprise architecture and integration strategies.

Senior-level product or solution leader with significant SAP S/4HANA Finance domain expertise and demonstrated ability to translate complex Finance business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Experienced in managing agile teams and vendor partnerships within large Finance transformation or SaaS environments, with strong executive communication skills.

Strategic thinker who can identify and implement AI-driven Finance automation with attention to governance, controls, and risk management.
