Manage end-to-end accounts payable (vendor invoice processing, payment tracking, reconciliation) and accounts receivable (tracking customer/marketplace receivables, payment settlements, collections).
Reconcile marketplace accounts including revenue, returns, commissions, GST, TDS, and payment gateway transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
Support monthly closing, audit preparation, and generation of MIS reports related to sales, payouts, expenses, and profitability.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, finance or a related field.
1-4 years of experience specifically in accounts payable/accounts receivable or e-commerce accounting.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Experience with payment gateway reconciliation and logistics invoice/accounting coordination in an e-commerce environment.
Analytical and detail-oriented with demonstrated ability in handling order-wise revenue and commission reconciliations.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce setting with cross-functional coordination for data accuracy and timely reporting.
