Lead and manage end-to-end Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable identity services across workforce and non-human identities.
Own IAM service delivery including automation, self-service capabilities, ITSM-aligned operations, audit and compliance execution, and operational risk posture.
Coach and mentor the IAM team, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate with multiple internal teams (HR, IT Risk, Compliance, Infrastructure) to maintain service health and deliver continuous improvement.
8-12 years of experience in IAM, security operations, or identity platform operations with at least 5 years in leadership/service delivery roles.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Experience managing IAM services at enterprise scale with large user populations and multi-region environments.

Experienced in operational management with strong ITSM knowledge (incident, problem, change, request management) and ability to deliver measurable automation and self-service improvements.
Proven ability to manage teams both onshore and offshore, articulate complex technical matters clearly to senior management, and build partnerships across security, infrastructure, HR, and application teams.
Familiarity with compliance standards (SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001), privileged access management, Zero Trust principles, and operating within complex environments including cloud identity and global organizations (10,000+ users).
