Serve as technical authority on end-user hardware including laptops and desktops across a global enterprise environment.
Manage global hardware lifecycle including procurement, provisioning, imaging, deployment, and retirement, while maintaining accuracy of hardware asset inventory.
Support testing, implementation of new hardware models, consult internal customers on specifications, and participate in projects to automate IT operations and improve client satisfaction.

Experienced with managing global hardware asset lifecycles in enterprise IT environments.
Capable of conducting advanced hardware troubleshooting and root cause analysis internationally, beyond North America.
Comfortable working in projects involving IT process automation, stakeholder consultation, and vendor relationship management.
