Lead discovery and requirements gathering workshops with client business teams across multiple domains and process areas, identifying automation candidates and designing future-state processes for RPA and agentic AI solutions.
Translate complex real-world processes into clear, buildable requirements including BRDs, functional specs, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility.
Own the solution delivery lifecycle through build, UAT, and go-live stages, including scenario testing, defect tracking, change management, and multiple concurrent client engagement management.
Minimum 4 years as a Business Analyst with at least 2 years on RPA and/or AI/agentic AI delivery projects.
Proven end-to-end delivery experience by taking at least two automation or AI use cases from discovery through to production.
Strong process analysis skills including process mapping (BPMN or equivalent), gap analysis, and exception handling design.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance or a related field.
Experienced in interacting directly with senior stakeholders, leading workshops and managing scope deviations in complex enterprise environments involving RPA and AI solutions.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including solution architects and developers to validate automation feasibility, particularly with RPA platforms, LLM-based agents, and ERP integrations.
Familiar with technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP, Dynamics 365), and documentation/delivery tools like Jira and Confluence.
