Lead requirement discovery and documentation activities for ceded reinsurance business workflows, engaging stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and backlog refinement.
Partner with Product Owners, developers, and QA to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements ensuring alignment with business intent and product goals.
Support Agile delivery by contributing to user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint activities, testing clarification, and defect triage, working within a multi-vendor, cross-functional team environment.

Familiar with AWS cloud infrastructure and using AI tools to streamline business analysis processes.
