Design, implement, and support digital adoption solutions to improve internal user productivity and experience.
Deliver and maintain Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) solutions across multiple functions including GTM, Finance, IT, HCM, and Enablement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams as subject matter expert on digital adoption and automation initiatives, leveraging metrics and insights to optimize processes.
2+ years of experience in digital adoption, consulting, enablement, systems/tools administration, or related field.
Experience in design, development, implementation, and support of digital adoption solutions.
Experience with digital adoption or enablement platforms such as Salesforce, WalkMe, Whatfix, Mindtickle, or Seismic.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Has a proven track record working on complex projects involving multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experienced in using data-driven insights to drive process improvements and system transformations.
Familiarity with enterprise tools (e.g. Gong, Jira, Okta) and emerging AI/GenAI technologies is a plus.
