Lead discovery and management of CIAM use cases including sign-up/sign-in, SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle, session/token management, authorization, and consent/privacy preferences.
Maintain prioritized backlog and write clear technical requirements/user stories for CIAM-related identity experiences while balancing security, usability, and conversion.
Partner with engineering, architecture, and cross-functional teams; lead agile ceremonies; coordinate releases, communications, and continuous improvement based on market trends and feedback.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
6+ years as Product Manager/Owner on web-based products and/or APIs, with strong preference for Identity & Access Management (IAM/CIAM) experience.
Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SSO/MFA, token/session patterns, and exposure to privacy/consent/compliance requirements.
Work Mode: Hybrid; Shift timing: 2pm IST to 11pm IST.
Experienced in enterprise product lifecycle management with demonstrated ability in discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration of identity-focused products.
Strong collaboration skills with engineering and architecture teams to produce actionable user stories and manage dependencies across systems.
Proficient at balancing security and usability trade-offs in CIAM, with knowledge of agile/scrum processes and proven stakeholder management in complex cross-functional environments.
