Own end-to-end delivery of 4-8 concurrent turnkey engineering software projects across CAD/BIM, Cloud, Data & AI, or Digital Twin domains.
Manage client and stakeholder communication including escalations and governance meetings across multiple geographies.
Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, manage resource allocation, and ensure project profitability through rigorous tracking and mitigation of risks.
10-15 years total experience in software/IT services with 4-6 years in Delivery Manager or equivalent role managing multiple projects.
Proven experience delivering turnkey/fixed-scope software projects for global clients, preferably US/Europe.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, DevOps, QA/testing, cloud deployment (AWS preferred).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP/PRINCE2/CSM/SAFe certification preferred.
Experienced managing large engineering teams (30-100+ engineers) across multiple global software projects, including P&L responsibility.
Comfortable handling senior client stakeholder engagements and complex escalation scenarios.
Domain exposure to engineering/CAD/BIM/CFD/simulation software projects and familiarity with Autodesk Platform Services or PLM/BIM seen as strong plus.
