Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware including purchase request validation, purchase order creation/amendment, urgent order handling, and supplier confirmations across approx. 673 transactions monthly.
Oversee global asset lifecycle operations including creating part numbers, maintaining accurate asset and master data, executing bulk data updates, and coordinating asset reassignments.

Clear English communication skills and ability to process bulk data safely without breaking database dependencies.
Experienced in high-volume IT hardware procurement driving accuracy and speed across routine and complex purchase orders, including urgent amendments and exceptions.
Familiar with procurement compliance processes such as 2-way and 3-way matching, asset lifecycle management (ITAM), and NPI pipelines including RFQ coordination and product catalog management.
Capable of independently owning master data quality, procurement exception resolution, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders including suppliers and engineering teams.
