Strong expertise in the end-to-end U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle and proven ability to design and deliver training programs.
Experience working as a hands-on trainer or coach in process improvement and compliance with healthcare billing standards.
Ability to lead projects, mentor peers, and manage learning management systems to track training impact.
