Own end-to-end business analysis for broadband and CPE platform initiatives, including requirement elicitation, documentation (BRDs, FRSs, User Stories), and process mapping across CPE management, WiFi operations, and service assurance.
Lead stakeholder engagements including workshops, requirement sign-offs, and translating operational needs into functional specs for platform and automation delivery teams.
Define and baseline operational KPIs, support UAT planning and execution, and manage governance activities such as status reporting, RAID, and change request assessment.
8+ years of business analysis experience with complex technology programs, preferably in broadband or telecom domains.
Mandatory experience with Broadband Service Providers, ISPs, Fiber Network Operators, or Broadband/CPE operations environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Proven knowledge of broadband service delivery (FTTH/FTTx, GPON/XGS-PON), CPE device management concepts, and operational KPIs; experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Senior-level BA with deep domain expertise in broadband networking, CPE/device management, and service assurance workflows.
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and facilitating technical and non-technical workshops in telecom environments.
Comfortable working with digital transformation, OSS/BSS integration, and AI/ML-enabled service assurance programs at a functional requirements level.
