Own and drive the strategy, roadmap, administration, and continuous improvement of OpenGov’s HR technology stack, ensuring reliable, compliant, and scalable systems for a global workforce.
Lead and develop a team including HR application administrators and a staff-level HR Systems Architect, providing technical, architectural direction and managing vendor relationships.
Oversee integration architecture across HR ecosystem (Workday, Ashby ATS, engagement survey platform, ERP integration), HR data governance, and ensuring compliance across US and India regions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Strong technical and architectural knowledge of HR systems integrations, particularly between Workday, ATS (Ashby preferred), employee engagement platforms, and ERP systems like NetSuite.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a diverse technical/functional team while managing cross-functional stakeholder partnerships and delivering HR technology projects end to end.
