Experienced in coordinating complex production releases and driving reliability improvements in large-scale, cloud-native environments involving Azure, AWS, containers, and orchestration platforms.
Demonstrates strong practical problem-solving skills with a track record in RCA and corrective actions to enhance service reliability.
Comfortable working with globally distributed teams and leveraging AI-assisted engineering or automation tools to increase operational efficiency.
