Lead and develop the Stores Delivery Common Services engineering team in India, encompassing deployment, release management, performance engineering, observability, and DevSecOps functions.

Experienced in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in global, distributed enterprises with ability to build new technical capabilities and scale engineering standards.
Strong strategic planner capable of defining capability roadmaps, assessing maturity, prioritizing investments, and translating complex business needs into technical solutions.
Effective collaborator across multiple global regions and functions, balancing near-term delivery with long-term technology maturity, and skilled in managing vendor relationships, budgets, and cross-cultural teams.
