Provide advanced L2+ support for Windows Servers, Citrix, and RDS environments ensuring system availability and performance.
Manage and administer cloud (AWS, Azure) services, VMware virtual infrastructure, networking components, and security tools including firewalls and endpoint protection.
Respond to escalated technical issues, maintain system documentation, and coordinate with teams for operations like patching, backups, and upgrades.
3–5 years of hands-on L2+ infrastructure support experience in hosting or managed services environments.
Experience supporting Citrix (XenApp/XenDesktop), RDS, Windows Server (2012–2022), AWS (IAM, EC2, VPC, S3), Microsoft Azure, VMware ESXi/vSphere, and networking (switching, routing, VLANs).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Experience with endpoint protection, MFA tools (DUO or Microsoft Authenticator), Veeam Backup, Zscaler Zero Trust, and ticketing/monitoring systems like Jira and Nagios.
Experienced in broad infrastructure support covering hybrid cloud environments, virtualization, and security administration at L2+ level.
Strong operational and troubleshooting skills managing escalated incidents, performing maintenance (patching, backups), and maintaining detailed system/process documentation.
Comfortable working in managed service or hosting environments with client SLAs, flexible hours, and collaboration across teams for complex issue resolution.
