Design, build, and maintain conversational AI systems including chatbots, voicebots, and LLM-powered agents on CCaaS platforms to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Own end-to-end bot lifecycle: conversation design, NLU/NLP model development, integration, testing, deployment, monitoring, and post-go-live optimization including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design, platform integration, secure data exchange, and continuous improvement of AI deployments in production environments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering/Technology from a premier technical school.
2 to 5 years of work experience in conversational AI development, bot deployment, or related technology roles.
Hands-on experience with at least one CCaaS platform (e.g., NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect) and NLU engines (e.g., Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/Node.js and experience with API integrations and cloud services.
Experienced in independently owning end-to-end conversational AI or agentic AI deployments from design through go-live and post-deployment tuning.
Familiar with advanced AI frameworks and architectures like LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
Capable of working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams including solution architects, QA, DevOps, and product owners, and handling complex integration and performance optimization tasks.
