Execute end-to-end global Travel & Expense (T&E) operations including expense report audit, corporate card management, policy compliance, and month-end accounting support.
Serve as SAP Concur subject matter expert to maintain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready transactions; manage employee queries and system issues.
Produce compliance reporting, perform root-cause analysis on T&E data, and drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives.
8+ years experience in Travel & Expense operations, expense audit, corporate card administration, Accounts Payable, employee reimbursements, or finance shared services.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Concur Expense is mandatory.
Experience supporting global or multi-region T&E processes preferred; working knowledge of ERP accounting, Microsoft Excel, and financial posting concepts required.
Experienced working in a global/multi-region finance or shared services environment with exposure to Travel & Expense operations and compliance.
Detail-oriented operator with proficiency in SAP Concur and strong analytical skills to identify policy exceptions, compliance risks, and recommend controls.
Capable of managing end-to-end T&E processes independently while collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Tax, and IT teams.
