Manage a team of 15-20 FTEs handling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functions including billing, cash posting, credit balance, accounts receivables, denial management, and correspondence review.
Generate, analyze, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational and management RCM metrics reports; identify trends and initiate action plans to resolve Accounts Receivable (AR) issues.
Responsible for work allocation, performance review, capacity planning, maintaining operational scorecards, and suggesting process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and automation techniques.
Minimum 5+ years industry experience with at least 3+ years in billing-related RCM functions.
Graduate degree required; proficiency in MS Excel including macros mandatory.
Experience managing teams of 15-20 members and reporting to leadership.

Experienced in operational leadership within healthcare RCM and billing processes with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Capable of handling multiple reporting tasks simultaneously and driving process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma.
