Work Experience Required: 3–5 years in relevant lease abstraction or legal documentation roles.
Someone with strong legal and real estate knowledge, especially around lease structures and key clauses like CAM, rent escalations, and renewal options.
Experience working in BPM environments with client-driven service delivery and ability to handle multi-jurisdictional lease portfolios is highly advantageous.
Comfortable leading quality assurance and process improvement initiatives with solid analytical and documentation skills.
