Lead finance transformation initiatives by analyzing and redesigning finance processes (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury) to identify and address inefficiencies and risks.
Conduct workshops with stakeholders to assess current finance operating models and implement target operating models, including digital and automation tools like GenAI, AI, analytics.

Skilled in stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical levels with ability to manage business development and project economics.
