Own end-to-end demand and supply planning, including forecasting, capacity mapping, prioritization, and fulfillment tracking across multiple business units and geographies.
Drive process excellence by designing, standardizing, automating workflows and governance mechanisms, and maintaining operational discipline through SLAs, KPIs, and escalation frameworks.

Advanced skills in designing dashboards and reports from scratch and automating manual operational workflows.
Capability to independently influence and manage senior stakeholders, driving cross-team decisions without direct authority, using data-backed insights and scenario analysis.
