Lead design, implementation, and operation of SAP Intelligent Suite Systems upgrades, migrations, and production support in Hybrid Environments (IaaS & PaaS).
Manage end-to-end planning, execution for SAP ERP / S/4HANA system migration, upgrade cycles, including OS/DB/hardware migrations using SUM, DMO & HSR methods.
Responsible for SAP Basis production support, administration of ECC, S4HANA, BW4HANA, SAP PO systems, and business continuity solutions including clustering, HA/DR failover for 24x7 critical landscapes.
5 – 7 years of overall experience as Senior Technology Consultant in SAP Basis with minimum 3 – 4 years focused on SAP upgrades and migrations.

Willingness and availability to work onsite at Pune and manage weekend planned maintenance activities.
Strong technical expertise in SAP Basis for Hybrid Environments integration (IaaS & PaaS) and production support of mission-critical SAP landscapes.
Proven ability to lead complex SAP upgrades and migrations end-to-end, including OS/DB migrations using SUM, DMO & HSR methods.
Experienced in customer-facing roles with strong communication skills and flexibility to adapt to project schedules and onsite client demands.
