Lead and mentor a team of HIL test engineers, responsible for HIL simulation and test automation frameworks.
Develop and execute automated tests on HIL simulators using Python, including creation of test plans, measurement analysis, and fault diagnosis.
Serve as primary interface between testing, embedded software development, and systems engineering, handling target electronic hardware daily and driving test environment development.
9+ years of experience in software testing or related domain.
B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical or Electronics engineering only; other disciplines not accepted.
Proficiency in Python and experience with automation frameworks, knowledge of CAN protocol, UDS diagnostics, Vector Toolchains (CANoe, CANape), debugging tools (UDE, Lauterbach, Segger) and Embedded C.
Location: Bangalore.
Experience leading or mentoring QA/test engineers (minimum 2 years), comfortable managing technical teams.
Strong knowledge of automotive embedded systems, ASPICE process, ISO26262 standards, and Battery Management Systems.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and good communication skills to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
