Process all activities related to client benefits plans accurately and timely, meeting or exceeding client SLAs.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline excluding B.Ed., LLB, B.Tech, BE, B.Sc(IT), full-time MBA, MCA, PDDCA, or any 2-year regular postgraduate professional degree.
Experience: Preferred in back-office operations or similar transaction processing roles; ability to operate in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
Typing speed of minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and good verbal and written communication skills.
Experienced in handling transaction-based processing in benefits or related operations with strong attention to detail.
Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines and service level agreements.
Able to collaborate across cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Technology, Shared Services) for issue resolution and process adherence.
