Lead strategy, governance, and execution for complex IT acquisition, divestiture, integration, and separation transactions managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Drive IT due diligence, transaction planning, TSA strategy and execution by partnering with IT and business leaders to identify risks, define transition approaches, and develop solutions.
Establish and enhance IT M&A operating models, governance frameworks, transaction methodologies, and reporting to improve execution effectiveness across the M&A portfolio.
Master’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Strategy or related field with 10+ years IT experience including 7+ years in M&A or business transformation activities OR Bachelor's degree or higher with 12+ years IT experience including 7+ years supporting M&A.
Minimum 10+ years experience with global IT organizations or IT Consulting firms managing complex technology programs including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.
Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional IT transaction initiatives involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and external partners.

Experienced in IT M&A practices including due diligence, TSA planning and execution, integration, separation, or carve-out activities, preferably in Consulting or M&A office environments.
Strong expertise in enterprise IT capabilities covering infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, digital workplace, data, and cloud technologies.
Proven ability to influence senior leadership, drive cross-functional alignment, manage risks and resources in matrixed organizations, and deliver multiple concurrent transactions successfully.
