Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for IT M&A transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, separations, and TSAs.
Support IT due diligence, TSA planning and execution by partnering with IT teams to build financial models addressing one-time and ongoing costs, pricing, cost recovery, and value capture.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, IMO, Procurement, Legal, and business stakeholders to align financial assumptions, governance, and transaction objectives throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Master’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, IT, Strategy, Finance or related field with minimum 5 years experience in IT or IT Finance including 2+ years in M&A or business transformation, OR Bachelor's degree or higher with minimum 6 years experience including 3+ years in M&A or business transformation.
Minimum 4 years supporting global IT organizations on complex technology programs such as infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, or digital transformation within Transformation/Deal Management offices.
Demonstrated experience building financial models, performing scenario analysis, forecasting, risk evaluation related to business and technology decisions.

Experienced professional with deep exposure to IT M&A financial management including due diligence, TSA planning/execution, integration, and separation activities.
Strong skills in transaction financial concepts: one-time costs, run-rate costs, stranded costs, synergy tracking, and business case development in M&A contexts.
Comfortable influencing and aligning multiple stakeholders in matrixed organizations; familiarity with AI tools and Microsoft Power Platform or similar reporting/collaboration tech is a plus.
