Manage end-to-end trade settlement lifecycle for securities and cash transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing across markets.
Perform daily trade confirmation and matching, investigating discrepancies and maintaining compliance with client-specific SLAs.
Maintain and validate static data including settlement instructions, security masters, and market references while supporting risk control and client communications.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Commerce, or related discipline.
4 to 8 years of financial services experience with focus on Trade Settlements, Trade Confirmation, Static Data Management, Custody or Middle Office Operations.
Strong knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Money Market, Derivatives, settlement lifecycle, SWIFT messaging, and reconciliation processes.
Location: Mumbai & Pune; Work Experience Required: 4 to 8 years.
Experience operating within global securities markets and settlement practices with exposure to multiple asset classes.
Proficiency with transaction management platforms such as GTM, CTM, TradeSuite, and SWIFT applications supporting trade confirmation and settlement.
Demonstrated ability to manage operational risk, drive process improvements including STP enhancement, and handle complex stakeholder communication in a middle-office environment.
