Lead and manage the scope and delivery of medium to large complex IT initiatives or workstreams in Pharma manufacturing technology operations, including service transitions and Agile Release Train increments.

Experienced in pharmaceuticals manufacturing digitalization projects within regulated environments, able to translate complex requirements into strategic plans.
Skilled in stakeholder management across multiple regions and functions with strong facilitation, negotiation, and coaching capabilities.
Comfortable operating in matrixed, global teams with ability to tailor delivery methodologies, manage ambiguity, and connect team development to broader business goals.
