Owns portfolio-level prioritization and planning across multiple UCAS software products and concurrent releases to align with business objectives and engineering capacity.
Manages end-to-end program execution including financial forecasting, risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder communication to ensure predictable software delivery.
Coordinates cross-functional teams and partners with Product and Engineering leadership to drive Agile/SAFe-based program governance and continuous improvement.
Minimum 10 years experience in software project and program management focused on complex, multi-team, multi-release enterprise applications.
PMP certification is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or Master’s in Technology (M.Tech).
Experience with Agile (SAFe), program financials, capacity planning, and enterprise tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
Experienced managing large-scale software delivery programs with strong operational ownership from planning through release and closure.
Skilled at cross-functional coordination including Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, Finance and Business stakeholders in global setups.
Proficient in leveraging data-driven approaches and AI-enabled tools for forecasting, risk management, and reporting to improve delivery predictability.
