Experienced in managing evidence-gated, metrics-driven transformation programmes within software delivery, with a strong focus on disciplined process enforcement and governance.
Operates with an evidence-first mindset, communicating data-driven insights clearly to leadership and maintaining structured, calm control over multiple concurrent workstreams.
Has familiarity or exposure to AI-assisted engineering tool adoption in software development lifecycle and distributed delivery models, enhancing credibility in AI workforce transformation context.
