Own trade bookings, processing, confirmations, contract notes, and FX processing alongside static and reference data maintenance.
Lead and manage a team of 5-8 staff per shift, including mentoring, training, performance appraisals, and daily BAU oversight.
Drive projects related to process improvements, system enhancements, change management, UAT testing, and act as escalation point for trade support issues.
Minimum 5 years management experience in the securities industry with Middle Office or Global Markets exposure preferred.
Detailed knowledge of trade processing, contracting, static/reference data, and securities operations systems such as ALERT, OASYS, FXALL.
Must be able to work in Asia/EU/US shifts depending on business needs.
Must be willing to pass Series 99 examination for licensing.
Experienced Middle Office manager with a strong understanding of Global Equity markets from the sell-side perspective.
Ability to multi-task across projects and operational workstreams, challenge and suggest process improvements.
Proficient in IT tools for business requirements specification and familiar with securities industry operations platforms.
