Educational qualifications: Bachelor of Technology, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, CA, or ICWA.
Mandatory skills: PMO, knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Activate methodology preferred.
Experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant with proven track record managing full lifecycle implementations and familiarity with SAP Activate.
Strong project management skills with ability to handle escalations, coordinate across modules and teams, and deliver within timelines and budgets.
Comfortable working in advisory and client-facing roles involving solution design, process guidance, and change management in enterprise SAP environments.
