Own and manage the product backlog including prioritization, clarity, and alignment with business goals to maximize value delivery.
Act as primary liaison among business stakeholders, development, sales, marketing, and programs to ensure product initiatives meet sales and business objectives, including support for tender and proposal responses.
Monitor product performance against KPIs, resolve blockers, and continuously improve product and process outcomes, including coordination of New Product Introductions (NPI).
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio), SAP, and JIRA.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Experienced in balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution and able to bring operational rigor to deliver product roadmaps consistently.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management within global and multi-cultural environments.
Able to translate technical concepts into business-focused language and drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
