Own end-to-end technical implementation for new customers, including environment review, setup, verification, and issue diagnosis across websites, APIs, networking, and web infrastructure.
Directly communicate with customers, including in-house developers, agency partners, and marketing teams, to configure, validate, and explain technical issues in simple terms.
Reduce recurring implementation issues through documentation, process improvements, and feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Experienced troubleshooting and diagnosing complex web infrastructure issues integrating customer setups with product solutions.
Comfortable managing multiple open technical issues independently with strong investigative skills and ownership.
Able to translate technical findings into actionable, simple language for diverse stakeholders including non-technical teams.
