Support global PMO Governance by ensuring adherence to Project Management standards and quality compliance across projects.
Analyze project management data, prepare compliance evidence, and facilitate global meetings including tracking action items and documentation.
Contribute to process improvement, data quality governance in investment requests, and linking approved requests to formal Work Efforts for project funding.
Bachelor’s/University degree is required.
8 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
Working Environment: Office setting with minimal travel; Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodology experience is a plus.
Experienced in project management governance within technology or financial industry contexts involving global collaboration.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with Investment@Citi, PTS, Project Management methodologies, and basic financials/benefit identification preferred; AI knowledge is a plus.
