Daily monitoring and reconciliation of CLO compliance testing and monthly reporting processes including updating models and liaising with trustees.
Collaborate with internal teams (Fund Accounting, Trade Support, Data Management, IT) to ensure accurate, timely deliverables and improve processes.
Test internal compliance models for new/refinanced CLO transactions and conduct ad hoc research and data requests.
2+ years experience in compliance, middle office, and/or monitoring role within Financial Services.
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
Experience with reconciliation and/or trade settlements preferred.
Experience with Bloomberg, WSO/CDO Suite, Sky Road, S&P, Moody’s is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Experience working in European CLO or related structured finance product environments with an understanding of CLO documentation and compliance parameters.
Detail-oriented individual comfortable with problem solving and independently researching issues to offer solutions.
Able to work effectively across multiple internal teams to coordinate and deliver accurate financial compliance reporting and process improvements.
