Own the development, delivery, and maintenance of reliable, performant, and scalable IT infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
Lead incident management by monitoring IT infrastructure, resolving issues quickly to reduce mean time to resolution, and ensuring secure configurations to protect against cyber threats.
Supervise and guide a team, collaborate cross-functionally to align infrastructure solutions with business goals, and drive automation to improve operational efficiency.
Experience: Strong years of experience in network operations or support within large enterprise environments, including 24x7 global support models.
Technical Skills: Expertise with F5 LTM/GTM, Infoblox DNS/DHCP, proxy technologies (Zscaler/Bluecoat), network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, tcpdump, etc.), routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), switching technologies (Cisco ACI, NX-OS), and enterprise firewalls (Fortigate preferred).
Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management, and experience with ServiceNow or equivalent tools.
Location Requirement: Chennai-based role.
Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise technical teams in delivering complex infrastructure projects with accountability for operational outcomes.
Experienced in enterprise networking within controlled environments, with strong incident lifecycle management and a data-driven approach to problem solving.
Possess relevant certifications like CCNA/CCNP, ITIL Foundation, or vendor-specific certifications (F5, Fortigate, Cisco ACI) and preferably BFSI domain exposure.
