Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware and related assets processing roughly 673 transactions per month, including purchase order creation, amendments, and sourcing new products.
Maintain accurate asset lifecycle operations including part number creation, asset records updates, and coordination of asset transfers and retirements to ensure system and finance reconciliation.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from RFQ through system-ID creation while coordinating with catalog and engineering teams and managing compliance steps for international shipments.
2–6+ years of experience in IT hardware procurement, purchase-order processing, or asset-management operations in a high-volume shared-services environment.
Hands-on experience with SAP Procure-to-Pay / Materials Management ERP modules and proven familiarity with 2-way and 3-way matching processes.
Strong PO accuracy and master data management skills with ability to process bulk data safely (.csv files).
Clear English communication skills with requesters, approvers, and suppliers.
Experienced in managing complex, high-volume IT hardware procurement operations with ownership of master data quality and exception handling.
Demonstrates ability to operate with limited oversight in urgent and complex purchase orders, amendments, and NPI support, functioning as a key escalation point.
Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams for NPI, asset lifecycle management, and compliance across global regions.
